Tour Operator - Job Summary

 

Responsibilities:

  • Report to Senior Account Manager.
  • Handle client communications and update databases.
  • Understand client needs and create tailored programs.
  • Manage budgets and negotiate supplier rates.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and invoices.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and monitor project delivery.
  • Resolve issues on-site and follow up on payments.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience.
  • Fluent in English (additional language is a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills are essential.
