Tour Operator - Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Report to Senior Account Manager.
- Handle client communications and update databases.
- Understand client needs and create tailored programs.
- Manage budgets and negotiate supplier rates.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and invoices.
- Coordinate with internal teams and monitor project delivery.
- Resolve issues on-site and follow up on payments.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience.
- Fluent in English (additional language is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills are essential.
