Since the establishment of the company, Emeco Travel is dealing with;

 

·         Almost all Banks working in Egypt such as; National Bank of Egypt, Al Watany Bank of Egypt, Credit Agricole Bank and others. We have credit facilities with these banks since long time and our relation with them is excellent.

·         Most of 5 star hotels, restaurants and floating hotels. Any of these entities faced    a credit problem with Emeco since Emeco establishment (we can give them a list of our credit bases suppliers if required).

·         Big corporate companies

·         International travel agencies & Incentive houses

·         Also, Emeco Travel is the GSA for; American Airlines, Korean Air, South African Airways, TAP Portugal and Air Malta.

 

 

Financial Management

·         Our finance department is headed by the director of finance who has more than 25 years experience in finance and accounting. The total number of staff is 28 in all ranks.   

·         Our finance department has a very efficient organization chart within the company organization chart supporting the implemented internal audit system and procedures.

·         Our finance department is implementing the Egyptian Accounting Standards and all related general accepted accounting principles.

·         Our finance department operates by using automated systems with Oracle database and SQL database.

Emeco’s responsive staff possesses vast experience and is fully trained to serve our valued customers’ around-the-clock needs. Our more than 250 multilingual travel experts regularly undergo both local and overseas training. We operate our offices seven days a week, 365 days a year, from 09h00 through 17h00 daily. For 24-hour-a-day service, we offer an emergency hotline service as well as in person assistance at our office at the Cairo International Airport.

 

Emeco Travel boasts a vast network of branch offices throughout Egypt and numerous overseas offices.

 

State-of-the-art Technology Infrastructure

Emeco Travel ensures optimal operations via its highly sophisticated technology infrastructure. All departments use state-of-the-art software systems and all our offices in Egypt are linked via a fast computer network. Our communications network has over 100 landlines throughout Egypt and over 200 cellular lines. We also provide our corporate and institutional clients with online, password-protected access to their account details.
